Jen Browning was part of the USA team that won the wheelchair basketball competition in Athens in 2004.

Transport for All has appointed Jen Browning as its new chief executive, with her joining the disability rights charity in October. She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, disability rights, governance and organisational development, including roles at UK Sport and Canoe Wales. A former Team USA wheelchair basketball player who won Paralympic gold in 2004, Browning has also worked extensively on disability rights programmes and coached the GB women’s wheelchair basketball team. She succeeds Caroline Stickland, who stepped down last year, and will take over from interim chief executive James Barber-Chadwick. Browning said she was honoured to join an organisation committed to amplifying disabled people’s voices and ensuring they play a leading role in shaping change.
