Despite numerous campaigns to prevent misuse of Disability Parking space, people continue to park illegally on these dedicated space, thereby causing huge inconvenience to those with impaired mobility and who then cannot park and alight nearer to to their destination.

One person posted the following on his facebook page on Thursday 12.12.2024:

[I am on a wheelchair and just arrived at Tribeca mall to this. 3 cars across 2 disabled spots. None of them have a disabled badge displayed.

If you are going to take a disabled persons parking spot, take their disability as well ]
