Preety Daby, aged 21, has brilliantly passed her School Certificate exams despite her visual impairment. Born blind, she achieved a total of 33 units in her exams, demonstrating her determination and will to succeed. A student at Sharma Jugdambi SSS, Preety rose to the challenge of overcoming her disability through perseverance and hard work.

The Minister of Education, Mahend Gungapersad, took the initiative to personally visit Preety on Monday to congratulate her on her courage and success. Her remarkable achievement has inspired many young people and adults to pursue their dreams despite the obstacles they may face.
